Personalized Wellness Coaching for Women

GENERAL WELLNESS COACHING

I offer a variety of pricing options to fit your budget, rather than requiring a large upfront payment. We start with a free 15-30 min consultation to make sure I can help you.

 

Once we've determined we're a fit, coaching sessions are priced at the following rates:

60 Min Coaching Call + Emailed Session Notes:

  • One a la carte Session: $150

  • Package of 4+ Sessions: $125 each

  • 6 Month Commitment: $3,000

  • Open-ended monthly payment plans available ($500/month), no set duration

BIOTOXIN ILLNESS COACHING

As a wellness coach, I do not diagnose, treat or cure any illness. I also do not replace a medical doctor, so it's important that you have a good primary care physician--ideally a naturopath or functional medicine doctor, who is well versed in testing and treatment of biotoxin illnesses.

 

My role as a coach is to support your follow- through on doctor's recommendations and suggest ways that you can further support your body in relaxing and detoxifying. 

 

Once we've determined we're a fit through a phone consultation, coaching sessions are priced at the following rates:

WEIGHT LOSS COACHING

My approach to weight loss coaching is holistic, nurturing and trauma-informed, addressing both the physical and emotional drivers of weight gain and our unhealthy food culture.

I recommend weekly coaching for the first 3-6 months, then if you feel stable and self-sufficient enough to decrease frequency, we can re-work our call schedule together. 

Once we've determined we're a fit via phone consultation, coaching sessions are priced at the same rate as my other coaching offers:

  • Healthy ways to self-soothe

  • Mental re-frames and mindset shifts to help you think in new ways that support your well-being

  • Meditation practices that help reduce cravings for unhealthy habits

  • Family patterns of unhealthy eating and how to break free from those habits

  • Cultural factors that play into overeating

  • Stress management and pampering rituals to feed your heart and spirit

QIGONG, SELF-MASSAGE & BREATHWORK LESSONS

These self-healing and meditation lessons are available as stand-alone coaching sessions or as part of your coaching program. May be done in person or over Skype/Zoom /FaceTime.
